Ms. Abby brings elite-level experience to our Drill Team Prep program! A 5-time collegiate national champion, she has danced for McLennan Community College and Stephen F. Austin State University, where she was also captain of the SFA dance team and a 2-time All-American. A former Forney Highsteppers Sr. Lieutenant & Miss High Kick 2020, she now dances professionally for the Dallas Mavericks.
β¨ Ms. Makayala -Β
Ms. Makayla is a highly accomplished dancer and leader, currently serving as 1st Lieutenant of the 8x National Champion Forney Highsteppers. With 13 years of dance experience, she is an NDA Game Day National Champion, 3x HTEDance National Champion, and ADTS National Champion. She has also been recognized as a 2x HTEDance National Solo Finalist and has held leadership roles as a Line Officer (2022-2023), Lieutenant (2023-2024), and now 1st Lieutenant.

Miss Kaylie is a ballet instructor and choreographer with over 15 years of training and a B.A. in Dance from Texas Tech. A former Plano Metropolitan Ballet principal dancer, she has taught and choreographed award-winning routines, specializing in Vaganova technique, contemporary, and ballet.
